What is the constitutional standing of minority commission?

Recently the head of Delhi minority commission wrote to Muslim countries of the world that in India Muslims are being prosecuted. This is far from truth.

It comes as a surprise why Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are silent on this issue? It is common knowledge that these minority commissions are only catering for 25 corers Muslims in the country. Minority Commissions came into being unconstitutionally and illegally during the time of the rule of Congress when Indira Gandhi was the PM.

For Congress, Muslims are a vote bank that must be pampered and looked after at the cost of Hindus who number 100 corers in India and are in majority. Even more ridiculous is the fact that to date no political party including BJP, ruling this country for the last six-plus years, has bothered to define what constitutes a minority? Is it not funny that in eight states of India like j&K, Nagaland, Mizoram, Andaman & Nicobar, and others Hindus are ranging in percentage from 2% to 38 % but still they are considered as the majority? This is ridiculous.

If a political party like Congress who wanted to appease Muslims was doing it one can understand but why is BJP accepting this nonsense more so because they are considered a Nationalist party? Minority commissions are not only in Centre but they have been created in each state.

A Supreme Court lawyer has filed a PIL on this issue — why is he raising these issues and should he file these PILs in respective state HCs.

Funny is it not?
