
On the 12th International Yoga Day 2026, Sudha Society Foundation organized a grand event in collaboration with Shalom Presidency School, Sector-56, Gurugram.
Yoga expert Bhaskar Malik conducted the yoga session for all participants, who joined with great enthusiasm.
Expressing his participation through a message, G. K. Bhatnagar, Founder & Chairman, Sudha Society Foundation said, “Yoga is an invaluable heritage of Indian culture, which shows us the path of discipline, self-control, and inner peace. Although I could not be present physically on this occasion, my best wishes are with all of you. By adopting yoga, we can build a healthy and empowered society.”

On this occasion, President, Sudha Society Deepti Goyal said, “Yoga is not just exercise, but an art of living a healthy, balanced, and positive life. By making it a part of our daily routine, we can become strong physically and mentally.”
Children from Sudha Open School & Computer Centre participated enthusiastically. They presented a beautiful and inspiring performance of Surya Namaskar through dance, which was highly appreciated by all.

Most of the teachers of the Society also participated actively and positively in the Yoga Day celebrations, with full support from our teachers, volunteers, and internship students.
Ninu Aggarwal, Renu Kumar, Deepa Gupta, Navpreet Kaur, Neeraj Rajey, Anjali Kumar, and Aishwarya Upadhyay were key contributors to this event.
The program concluded with thanks to all participants and a pledge to continue organizing such events in the future.
