The term "Hindu" is deeply rooted in the ancient cultural and historical identity of the Indian subcontinent, derived from the Sanskrit word "Sindhu."

To forgive and forget comes from compassion. We must learn to forgive ourselves, as well as others; otherwise, the process of releasing the burden would neither begin nor progress. Forgiving not only means letting go of the past but also not making the same mistakes again and again; not inventing convenient ways to excuse ourselves.

The first Christmas was a historical event which divided history into BC and AD. But its purpose was to provide a mediator between man and God. Christmas gives every believer an opportunity to assess their spiritual growth in practicing the teachings of Jesus.

A study shows that good listeners grasp only 60% of a talk through listening, 20% by hearing and remaining 20% time is invested in mental exercise in correlating his own precepts with new information, simultaneously.

We human beings must accept the responsibility for our ill behaviour towards mother nature & change our way of thinking as well as our way of life for the common good of all. This would be the first and fundamental step to a genuine partnership between humans and nature.

God has been communicating with man using various modes through the Holy Spirit, angels, prophets, dreams, visions, and calamities etc, then finally He sent Jesus who said, “What I have heard from the father I tell the world.”No gadget is used, yet God’s messages are lucid if the concerned person is genial. He says, “My words that go out of my mouth will not return to me empty but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. The Christmas message sent to Mary is still relevant to them who believe in Christ.

Abdu’l-Bahá’s grandson Shoghi Effendi passed away at the age of 60 in London after being the Guardian of Bahá’í Faith for 36 years (1921-1957).

Today the need of the hour is to change our attitude towards the girl child, rather than making new laws and legislations.

Baha'u'llah's shrine is the focal point of prayer for Bahá’ís all over the world. It is the holiest place on earth and a pilgrimage site for the Bahá'ís. Bahá’ís turn their faces in the direction of the Shrine when they pray each day.

Supreme almighty himself descends on this earth to change the world order. He does his duty first of all by generating a new world order, which is the creation of a completely pure and peaceful world.

According to legend humanity differentiates a man from a demon or a devil. A demon does not know the value of honesty, faithfulness, obedience, and civility, whereas, for a man, these are basic values.

The game of cricket is like a religion for people in India. But have we ever thought about the similarities between cricket and our real life? Maybe not!!
