Call it Corporatization or Privatization what difference does it make? There is a marked difference in the manner in which a private corporation or defence factory is supposed to be run. Do people in the private sector have the experience, expertise or commitment to run defence establishments? Even if they do, would they keep producing inventory of items on which don't sell in large numbers, do not make profit or need to be stocked for a long - for use in event of a war?
